•Verify the treatment plan and EZ pay amount listed for the pre-payment discount

•Take patient’ s payment on Bestcard (BCPay)

•Open the patient’s chart

•Go to payment

•Add in the patient’s payment

•Add as a credit (DO NOT APPLY IT TO ANY PREVIOUS TREATMENT)

•Put in a note about the pre-payment PP for the date and the time and tooth number

•Schedule the appointment and verify that you have scheduled it with the right doctor and with the right time units

•In the appointment, add in the appointment note “PP” indicating that the appointment has been pre-paid for. Otherwise, the appointment needs to have the balance that is due for that day.
