Invisalign Protocol

• At records appointment (1st visit), patient must be informed that the total cost is $5000 and a payment plan will must be discussed.
• Payment options
  • Pay in Full
  • CareCredit/Sunbit/Cherry
  • In-office payment plan
    • There must be at least $500 deposit at time of records (1st visit) and the patient must be put on an auto card debit for 12 months (average treatment time).
    • If $500 down, then $375 for 12 months
    • Must officially fill out and sign agreement form 
• If payments are not regular, we may choose to still see the patient but not give them their additional trays
• By their last appointment of giving them their final retainers, total payment of the treatment should be nearly complete.
